You kinda remind me of the guy from Eraserhead in the picture.... But that's not a bad thing. You're cute.
No, no. I've seen your other pictures, and you don't look like him in those. Just this particular photo. I still think you're cute, though.
I'll be more than happy to lend advice and support. Always willing to help anyone serious about self improvement. I started a fitness group... you could join and get tips from other folks too. The fact that I've not had to fight excess weight may not make me the best source for information to help you out.
Nice shades. You took the photo yourself, right? You're a good looking felluh. And stinkfoot, got any advice on abdominal work-outs? I've been doing sit-up's for a week, it's going good but I'd appreciate a couple of tips.
The dance sounds like decent cardio. Working the abs that much isn't likely to do much... it's not likely that the size of the abdominal muscle is an issue and there's no such thing as spot reduction- anyone telling you that there is such a thing is doing you no favors. Overall muscle mass will do more to raise your base metabolism than performing a gazillion sit ups, crunches and static leg raises twice a day. Again, congratulations on being able to take off what you have.
are you trying to get defined abs? Chances are that you're over working yours. You'll get better results from an overall exercise program that adds a little muscle mass overall and a diet that has a good number of caloiries from balanced sources. I don't work abs more than once a week usually. I regularly do cardio (walking) and I lift weights three times per week.
