oh.. I don't know.. if that's what you mean my French-Polish friend definitely isn't insensitive and inflexible.. now French women.. there's a lot who are, yea.

 

I've gone out with a few French girls. One cracked me over the head with a pool cue when we split up.

That was pretty tough if you ask me.

I have to admit that I do seem to attract women who are fiery. It keeps life interesting. All of the best times I've had have been with French/Spanish/Italian girls.

When they love you, they LOVE you, but when they don't, they really DON'T.

 

yep! quite passionate.. tho the french tend to be less mediteranean unless they're from the south-east and I'm a mix of way south-south of france and way north-west (brittany/normandy) so im both passionate and sort of.. blase and.. some say cold, distant.. i say mysterious.

 

A dew rag is small towel left outside at night to collect the morning dew then a bunch of people gather around it and sacrifice a goat to appease the rain gods.

 

The girl who split me open was une Lyonnaise but her father was Spanish from Zaragoza, I think.

French girls are a little less fiery I suppose, but they sure do know how to be women. After growing up in Ireland, discovering latin/french girls was like discovering a new species. You girls rock!

yup my grandfather on my mom's side was full polish, you can definitely see it in my mom, in her face and personality. she is quite possibly the most stubborn person i have ever come in contact with.

oh and in case you were curious: my grandmother on my dad's side was full french. she was stubborn and fiery and sugary-sweet all in one petite, tiny little woman. i miss her.

 

Personally, I've always respected the Solidarnosc (Solidarity) movement in Poland. The commies were there kicking their ass, killing people, imposing...well, Communism (the bad kind).

So the Poles all get together and decide that they just won't go to work. The whole country goes on strike! And it worked!! The poles, like the jews, have often been targets in history of all sorts of bullying from more intense countries bent on domination. Nevertheless, we still have pirogies, golumbki ("pigs in a blanket"), *vish-neuf-ka (very, very strong polish cherry brandy, stronger than vodka!), and plenty of stories from grandma. Sto lat!

Not to mention the foxy polish gal I have the esteemed honor to call girlfriend and comrade. Polish women treat ya right ;-)

 

That's the thing with women. They're either ready to jump in front of moving cars for you or they don't give a fuck.

There is no happy medium.
