So I just found out that I can obtain some DOM soon, but know little about it. I checked out the Erowid site for it, and it seems just like LSD except the trips a lot longer, like 15-20 hrs. Anybody had experience with it, or heard anything bout it?
It is NOT like LSD. 4-substituted dimethoxyamphetamines are nasty chemicals. Read up some experience reports and whatnot. It really doesn't feel anything like acid. I'm talking about DOC, but they're closely related.
Dont do it....ive done a long list of psychedelics, and on that list id rate DOM somwhere near salvia....there are far more enjoyable substances out there.
I once had an unknown DOx sold to me as acid. I had a great time. Took two, tripped balls. Easily in my top three hardest trips. Took about 2-3 hours to start coming up, lasted like 15 hours or so. It gets this really awful reputation because it's sometimes dishonestly sold as acid, but it isn't really as awful a chemical as everyone makes it out to be. It was a lot like LSD. There was definitely more of a bodyload than acid, but nothing too awful. No worse than some of the worse mushroom loads i've felt. The visuals were very electric, like acid, but maybe darker. At times I was launched into a visionary state (like the kind of crazy CEVs you might get, but with my eyes open). Basically, it was totally nuts and parts were really stressful (keep in mind though that this was only my second time really tripping and my first time at a festival and it was George Clinton playing for a good portion of it, who is really weird—essentially, I don't attribute the difficult parts to the chemical, more to the set and setting) but all told, I had an incredibly glowing experience. I imagine doing DOx and knowing it could only be better (it was a little weird to be tripping for 15 hours, having not expected it).
Ive had great experiences with DOC. Easily one of my favorites. I'll agree that the DOx's can lead to horrible experiences if sold as acid or if too high a dose is taken. I woudnt call them nasty chemicals. Its a shame there are people out there nasty enough to sell them as lsd.
It's not bad trip or anything...It was fun. I've just had alot more fun on 4-ACO-DMT, and thing of that nature....2C-T-21 was fun...
I have been wanting to try 4acetoxyDIPT, 2ct4/21, and DOC. I shall be purchasing all of these chemicals together after I try and sell some of this 2ci which should be delivered soon
That's true, DOM does have a bad reputation, lots of hospital visits, panic attacks etc. I don't think that necessarily makes it "evil" though. Personally, I have no real desire to try it. Although, if some just happened to find its way to me, no doubt I would
DOxx are psychedelic amphetamines. Do you like speed? Do you like to trip balls? If you like both of those then there you go, try some DOxx. I'm not a fan, stimulants do not sit well with me. How ever I have tried DOI, DOB and DOC. DOC was the easiest on the body but it was still too speedy.
lots of hospital visits, panic attacks??????????????? and no ive never had speed, but i want it to be relaxing, is it basically acid on ecstasy?
Just to give you an idea, back in the day the government experimented with DOM (they called it STP), it was actually slated for use in riot control.
the hospital visits and panic attacks aren't an action of the drug. back in the sixties, DOx compounds got a bad rep because of the long onset and the extended length, as well as the fact that the pills going around were 10 and 20 mg (something like 10x the preferred dosage). People would pop one, not feel anything then pop three more and an hour later get launched into a 36 hour long trip. Essentially, the same thing happens now that gives iit a bad rep: people get it sold to them as LSD, drop like 4 hits, then another four after two hours have gone by only to realize too late that what they were taking was not acid and that they were in for a long night. Easy way to start off a trip with a bad set. However, if you know you're getting a DOx or at least realize it early on and just calm down about it instead of getting pissed (I read so many DOx trip reports where someone wonders why they have a bad trip after spending their first few hours pissed off at their dealer instead of making the most of the situation), its really hella fun.
I've been wanting to try some DOx for a while... Can't get any. From what I heard as long as you watch your dose you'll be good, they just last fucking forever.
