    Hello everyone!

I took my basic Spanish class in high school for 2 years. I slept. Every day.
Honestly, I do remember the pronunciation of most words for my basic years, but i have no idea how to put them to use, conjugate, or write Spanish anymore. I can decipher most basic sentences. I doubt i could ask a basic sentence though other than stuff like hello, how are you? Whats your name? And so on. Even with those, i would get verb forms wrong.

My problem is this - I start my sophmore year of community college in 5 weeks.

There is a basic Spanish class, and a intermediate class.

I want to become fluent in Spanish, seeing as I want to major in Business and live in Southern California with all my other family.

My girlfriend is going to take intermediate.

My quest is, how can i learn enough spanish to take an intermediate course at a community college? Let me tell you this - the counselor said its a basic college Spanish course. She said if you have had your high school Spanish then this is for you.

My problem is i slept and don't remember shit ha.

Please, how can i sharpen up all my basics? I'm ready to put some time into it, an hour or so a day. If not more. Enough to go into the intermediate college beginner class and tear it up my first day.

    HELP :D

If you can spare a month or two of your life, I would travel to Central America and attend a language institute. Only if you are serious though, because you only get out of it what you put in.

This is a great site to 'brush up' with:

The best way to learn a language is to live in a country that speaks the language..that way you have to learn the language. Anyway, if u want any help with anything u can contact me and i will help you. have you ever tried going on the gcsebitesize websites? Its a revision website which a lot of kids in england use when they finish high school to prepare for their exams

I would say to attend, a language institute around you, I think that would be the quickest way to learn.
