There are lots of things out there, Formula 420 ect. But its alot easier to geet some high prof. rubbing alcohol, and some salt, and just shake it. Removeable or non removeable the stem should get clean.
F420 works great. somewhat expensive though. some guy was telling me that he uses these tablets that they use to clean the espresso machines at starbucks on his bong, and it works wonders. i need to look into that
in Europe we have something called "corega taps" used to clean dentures. overseas i think it's called Polident. love and peace
I have this shit called cleaner 454 it works great. It has little salt like crystals in it and a blue liquid, you shake it up a bit and turn it upside down to get the crystals to flow out. Stir it around inside the bong and it will look as good as new.
if you do go with alcohol and salt and the shaking method, don't stand in front of your bathroom sink saying "i just know i'm going to break my bong this way," backing away from the sink, only to mindlessly step forward again and then BAM yeah...i just did that like last wed. i'm still really sad
Damn that sucks. I usually hit the edges of my bongs on the sink when im cleaning them, but it's a big plastic basin sink in the basement.
it's all good (no it's not) it's still fully functional, i broke the base of it it really sucks though, and i am legitimately sad over the whole incident haha, going back and reading these posts, there are many things to learn from this thread like, don't clean your bongs anywhere near sinks
Chronic 420, smells like oranges. Use a little of that in the steam and it will take all the gunk out of it.
this topic depends if ya wanna go the Mcguyver way or just buy a cleaning product, personally i used baking soda with water and vinegar one paper clip and one pipe cleaner(didnt want to use rubbing alcohol or boil my bong) and my bong looked great.I also tried formula 420 and Green Hit and both of these solutions where awesome no scrapping required, these both meathods worked great for glass bongs, acrylic might be different i heard that rubbing alcohol makes the color fade away on the bong.
