Seeking Apartment in Chester County, Pennsylvania

Responsible couple (and 1 cat) seeks a guesthouse/private apartment to rent. (Must include stove/oven.)

In exchange for living in this guesthouse/private apartment, we will provide:
--$300/month
--babysitting up to 2 nights per week
--dog walking or care for other animals
--up to 4 loaves of homemade bread, pies, etc. per week
--lawn mowing/leaf raking/snow shoveling and upkeep of garden
--live harp music for parties
--other services, like laundry or eldercare, possible!

We're interested in anywhere in Chester County, PA, but would be particularly happy in the West Chester, PA area. Thank you!
