No, but laziness and ignorance (as established) from which the use of improper (and flat out BAD) English stems can easily be alluded to as the root of all human evil,

 

It could have some relation to evil.

I disagree. I would entrust my life to many illiterate slobs before I entrust my life to hitler (whom in this instance spoke german).

It may be fitting to say that the type of laziness and ignorance involved in the use of improper english is the same laziness and ignorance involved in allowing evil people to get away with doing eveil things.
