I've got Fibromyalgia, a chronic wide-spread pain disorder- I usually feel something like that flu-like ache you get when you're sick all day, everyday, as well as being sensitive to touch and direct pressure.

Anyhow, I take 50mg Tramadol maybe 3 days a week for flareups, and I find it is by far one of the most simple and effective meds out there. I keep my normal pain down through 400mg Lyrica per day, but sometimes I need that little extra.

I love how it lasts for like 7 hours, no severe effects, I actually have more energy, and find it more fun tto talk with people. I generally feel more happy and awake, too. It works very well with my kind of pain.

Anyone else have any experiences with Tramadol?
