I like this one... "A student shall not operate a motor vehicle in a reckless manner on school property." What exactly does "reckless manner" mean?
school rules...bleh. if i listed all of mine it would take like 4 hours. we have a handbook that's like 156 pages long. two of my favorites are "a student may not wear any clothing that endangers the safety of themselves or another student." um...how can clothing be dangerous? and there's also "no student can wear/say/etc. anything expressing an incorrect political views." wtf? why should the school say if your political views are "incorrect?" and next year we're getting uniforms. oh joy! i'm so tired of private school. i can happily say i'm going to a magnet school next year.
The handbook is 50 pages long... Summery: You cannot have: long hair, earing, clothes that are not part of the uniform (dark blue jeans, and school shirt...cannot be ripped or anything like that), anything else, shoes that are not black... Cannot use any electronics, cannot use profanity, cannot be late, etc etc etc...
My school handbook is crammed in my locker I think...Or maybe somewhere in my room! An adventure!!! Let me go check!(anything to get out of doing geometry homework)...Ok...it's in my locker...nevermind
It's a private school in Christian Honduras... The school itself is not christian, and whenever they try to impose christian morals on us, I throw a tantrum in the principle's office.
It'd take too long, and I can't find it. But if you wanna do it there's a rule against it, betcha that. There's rules against sit-ins, picketing, ANY form of protest-nothing "offensive" on clothes, or spoken. (this kid got in trouble for wearing a shirt that said "7up yours") there's rules against certain clothes, barefeet, cussing (what the fuck man, i have teachers that cuss all the time). anything really
.. i go barefoot to school all the time. and when anyone questions me i tell them where i live and they shrug their shoulders and say "oh"

The school I went to last year there was rule regarding pencils/pens. You could not bring any type of writing utensil into the hall way without permission. If you got caught with one you had to go to structured lunch for a week.
i go to college, nathan. you know that, i think. its freedom to do whatever you want.. well, i can't break the law, but yeah.
