I'd seen her before and gotten my palm read. She remembered me. This time she did a psychic reading. She referred to the woman in my life as a "he" and I had to correct her since I'm gay. Shouldn't she have known this? She did describe the situation with the woman very well and for the most part seemed to get what is going on with me. She mentioned a couple of things there's just no fucking way she could have known them. I came home feeling a little frustrated, however, b/c I felt like I really didn't get a clear answer on things. Anybody else every experienced going to a psychic?
I've had three sessions with psychics in my time but not for a good several years now because i try to avoid going outside for answers it would be empowering for me to find within ... to trust what i know deep down. I usually come away with more questions than i go in with. However there are elements of just good advise from these people which has been very helpful.
I'm not exactly sure how to handle what she told me. Did you find what they told you accurate? For the present and the future?
I went out and bought my own tarot cards, I Ching coins and Runes to see what I resonated with and I do my own readings for myself now. We ALL have a connection to Spirit and there is no reason why we can't do it for ourselves. We are ALL gifted in that way....we ALL have a connection to Spirit.
Yeah, I have my own Tarot cards...and I do readings for myself and it works for the most part. I guess I just wanted to see what this woman would tell me.
Well...I like to rely on myself and my connection to Spirit...you feel in your gut what is Truth and what is not...just my own opinion.
It's not that I'm not "connected". Moreso that it's really just a big list of super general fortune cookie type pieces of information that you get lucky to hit. Having done it and seen it done a couple of times, I can safely say that I Ching is hit or miss mysticism
My grandmothers on one side of my family read tea leaves. All I see is a jumbled mess in the bottom of a tea cup. I am much better at tarot than anything else, but I had a friend who was good at I Ching. I think everyone has their own divination type that works for them.
