^^^ only thing i have gotten addicted to is nicotine.. and i dont always think its because of the nicotine.. i just like smoking..lol... i use to buy ounces of opium and smoke it.. and then be off it for months.. then smoke some more.. now.. i have smoked opium like once in the past 3 years... i don't like the feeling of being fucked up.. i like the high from marijuana.. i dont like smoking marijuana til the point im so fuckin stoned i dont know what 2+2 is.. i've seen what addiction does to people and i dont like to put myself in those circumstances.. if i get those 10mg OCs.. I'll probably cut them in half and only take 5mg worth.. i want to still be functional.. fuck.. i would have settled for Flexeril. those just knock me out... but they take care of the not being able to sleep because my back is sore.. next pay period(since i had a week off on this check) i'm gonna schedual myself for a deep tissue massage

if you have a real back prob consider these electrode patches...i don't know much about them but my dad is a work horse and fucked his back.

he doesn't like taking hydros cuz they make him "not be able to shit" so his doctor has given his this; its similar to those ab things that flex your muscles, but on your back. my dad says it really helps.

i remember my dad used to have those, because he fucked up his back.

when me and my bro were little we used to love to play with those things.
my dad would put them on our hands, and if you turn it up to a high enough level it would make your fingers move on their own. me and my brother would laugh for hours while playing with those things.

I was inside a apc as it hit a ied and was ambushed. I managed to get out wathcing my friends die in front of me. Breathing toxic smoke from inside the apc. unable to get out, I was in a world of horror that no man should have to endure.
I then bring home nothing but shit and recieved shit afterwards, NO Im not ok with it.
My best friend just got tired of me flipping out smashing tvs cause I hear the shit and I cant take it anymore. But in fact Im in so much physical pain Im getting high off of anger. Making my adrenaline sky rocket to get dopamine to kill the pain and kill all the love I have for other things. And kills the people I love with hurtful words and tossing shit around. I was at the hospital earlier and I know how much it will cost yet they did the same thing just shove me out the door.

Yeah, I got alot of bitterness, But were all being forced to be pharmacy slaves. Im not looking for narcotics to make me slow and shit, honestly weed gives me alot of modivation sometimes and other times Id rather just sit around. I have alot of things Im needed for and I have alot of responsibilities. But now Im beginning to take on to much.
I really dont want to bring up what I had to deal with there, But again Im not normal because of it. I can only be the leader for so long before it starts to take its toll on me. I often dont sleep for much for many days Im able to maintain more of myself with some weed and im sort of fucked up now due to a bad relationship or the relationship I made bad cause of my go getter attitude that keeps the pain in check, Bbut Im only getting worse. Nothing seems to help people with back problems really, and it beging to make (us)depressed because of the things we used to be able to do. I was alot more athletic a few years ago. Now Im lucky If I do kickboxing a heavy bag once a week and then hurt more in my lower back.. But again if it was exceptible to smoke weed for at least a cover up, mask or just a mental distraction Id be much happier.
WWII vets became morphine addicts, Vietnam herion. I really dont want to continue that pattern. Well Its why I grow weed. Yet at a risk, isnt that some bullshit!! Speaking of back pains.. I need to smoke some weed right now.

 

Joker, i didnt read the entire thread, but from your post i take it youre not sure what may be the problem.

one possibility is a dislocated spinal disc, my dad had it. doc's said without surgery theres nothing they could do, and surgery may be uncucessfull.

what he did was build up his back muscles, and now theres more support and he says he doesnt feel any pain anymore, and can work and everything with almost no discomfort at all.

i realise there may be 100's of things that could be wrong, but this is the only one i can advise on.

the pain i described in my first post has since gone away.. i do still have chronic back pain though.. when i was in to the doctor for it back when i posted this.. they said it could have been that i cracked the tail end of my spinal cord area.. the part that is the remnant of when we use to have tails as primates.. he said you couldn't see it without taking more x rays..
