depends if shes talkin about a 40 of malt liqour or of hard liquor. If it's hard liquor you most certainly cannot. Also malt liquor in Canada is like 2x the percent that it is in the US so come here and 2 40s of OE turn into one.

a little less than twice as potent. 8% here and I have found that drinking one 40 of OE and then smoking a joint gives the PERFECT buzz.

haha. In my little circle we have what's called "the title belt" because out of 6 of us 3 puke when they smoke above average amounts. I think the OP should lay off the booze, so they can clearly remember what they did.

cops are not douchebags, cops are the authority who protect you so you and your rights so you can call them douchebags, to call a cop a douchebag is just ignorant, how many cops do you know personally, i know three and none are douchebags, each on cares for me and those they serve, you might think the cop busting you is a douchebag, but he is doing his job keeping you safe, would you call Peyton Manning a douchebag for winning football games, becasue thats his job, and sure there are crooked cops out there but that is only a very small percentage of them. saying all cops are douchebags is saying that all 15 year olds are winny little pricks that have no idea what they are talking about

You usually get in a little bit more trouble for doing what this person "did". And the chance if you running out of a hospital are so low it's not even funny, they lock down the whole hospital as soon as they know a patient is missing.
