I sometimes dream about three women, and it has something to do with the 'triple goddess' ... the feminine and my animus (inner female). They can be of any age and the actual faces are of women i know in real life ... usually. Sometimes they are three old women, or younger and most recently, three teenage girls who all looked the same but i didn't recognise them from real life this time.
Anyway ... i once had a dream in which i was in the market square (center) of my town and three women were with me, ... my twin sister was one of them, Mags, and ex girlfriend was another and a woman called Kim who i fancied as a teenager ... interstingly she had sexy dark looks, just like a kinda 'femme fatale' vampire chic, and always wore snakeskin leggings too.
So they all bit my neck, my sister first, then mags ... i felt no pain but just the sensations of teeth crunching through my neck. Then Kim bit me and she had really long snake like teeth with dark venomous tips but again, no pain .. just the sensation.
The fact that my sister was one of them is a clue to me that this is internal, brother/sister or male/female stuff and the dark, vampire image can mean alot of things ... fear, addiction, drained energy. In many ways i feel when one fears life and the future, when one lives with low self esteem and self doubt ... one is lacking in vitality (life force), ... our energy is drained by our negative beliefs and fears. And i feel this is a large part of what vampires represent for me ... in this sense, a fear of the feminine ... because in a sense, the feminine is the undoing of my ego so my ego projects it's fear as a dark mask or veneer.
    'Fear colours darkly'.
If you read Anne Rice books and watch Buffy .. and in the UK right now a great kids series 'Young Dracula' ... there are themes that emerge which directy reflect the spiritual world and which one may encounter on their jouney towards knowledge of ones essence as spirit. ie, Walking into ones own reflection, living on life force (earth energy/kundalini), being crowned with a halo of light or a crown of stone, 'The three sisters' of vampire lore or 'the triple hearth goddess of light' of pre christan myth, vampires being killed by light vs the ego/fear being destroyed by truth ...as for crusifixes i have no idea ....
So my inkling is that in a nutshell, vampires represent our fear of spirit and our fear of the light. People living in fear and separation and not participating in life... they are passing a potentially beautiful experience by because they find they cannot trust and connect with people and share and support eachother. They've forgotten that the being of life in them is the one and same as in 'others' ..we are one being of life together. Our ego (who we think we are) thinks we are our mind and that if thinking stops it will die so it keeps us in thoughts and fears. Yet in trusting we are spirit, if we let go of our mind or thoughts, ie. stop thinking, we do not die. The mind has blotted out our spirit and awareness of our bodies as an extension and form of who we are, look at the way we treat our bodies and the planet ... in denial and disconnected from it. So vampires also represent our fear of the physical, of living fully alive, of sex and our bodies. Kind of a denial of the reality of the 3rd dimensional experience of physical life.

So thats just a few thoughts of my own. As far as your dream is concerned, more information could reveal a more specific meaning for you personally.
    :)
