I'm surprised there aren't more vinyl aficionados out there. I guess everyones listening to Mp3's thees days. I've listened to Mp3's through my stereo and they just sound awful. The problem is the high end just sounds so "weird" so I just cut it out almost entirely with the equalizer. How the hell do people listen to this? They have a fidelity comparable to a cheap 70's mass produced cassette tape and they just sound unnatural. And it's not that I'm insanely picky either I dig the sound of AM radio through a big bassy speaker as well as the sound of vinyl through 4 3 way speakers. But those Mp3's they just suck.
I have stuff and listen to it on many formats, but by far I have to say that I prefer the sound of vinyl records and listen to them the most.
i mostly only listen to music at work or in the car, and in both places my only real option is radio...
