I'm trying to make a list of surviving 60s communes

I'm sure for many here, making a commune "work" in the long term is not as important as the experience of learning how to cooperate with other people and achieve a greater understanding of people, nature, or what have you. But can you help me out here? Any sources you might point me to?

Alpha Farm in Oregon was founded in 71. It was built on the best foundation IMO, back-breaking labor of love.
