Here's a very simple question...

What do you all see when on LSD? in nature? your own room... wherever.
I remember I saw some video clip on Albert Hoffman a few months ago, and apparently when he was on one of his trips, whatever he imagined, he would see. But I haven't heard anyone say that as well.
Do you see fractals? animals? Goopy stuff? people... the list could go on.
And what about when you have a bad trip? Do you see ugly colors?

ohohoh, one more question. [I have alot more, but I won't bore you with them now.] You know, one of the effects of LSD is auditory hallucinations. There's the greater appareciation for music, but also the hallucinations. Are they sudden? loud? scary? I've had some hallucinations [just in everday life] and I got very freaked out when I had them, so that's something I'm worrying about if I ever get to do acid, that I'm going to hear them, and get paniced.

can be pretty freaky...it's just voices in your head saying noncoherent words that might be words but don't make any sense at all...it's actually pretty frightening haha.

at least for me thats how they are usually.

 

my auditory hallucination i experice it seems every time is polices sirens. very far away getting slower then a tiny bit faster then slower.

 

yea ive had sirens before, both me and my mate heard them. Other auditory one is when all sound come from one direction, you cant decipher between something thats downstairs or in the next room.

 

someone in your circle of friends will be or is in trouble with the law. might even be you.

Every LSD molecule is different, everyone's brain chemistry is different, asking someone what they saw on a psychedelic is pretty much asking someone what they see in their dreams. All you'll get out of it is pictures and details.

Though, I've managed to record what I've seen on certain drugs.

On a good dose of LSD patterns form everywhere, when focusing my eyes on one point in space all colors begin to blend together, staring at that same point in space, the object will begin to disinigrate and multiply like a virus in a colorful pattern. Blink your eyes once and all reality will come back.

On mushrooms its the same but you can't seem to tap into whats behind the vision, you can only see if and feel it.

I have never had any bad audiototy hallucinations usualy just the voices of people I know telling me things. Like things they always say to me anyway, I get reminded of them.

I wouldnt say they are a unexpected thing. I mean if you have a bad trip, yeah sure you could hear some bad stuff but a good set and setting is the best way to avoid a bad trip.

As far as "ugly colors" yes I have seen people who are sick turn very pale like they are dead in front my eyes. But then people who are smiling and happy always have a glow to me. I have had many people tell me they see people's "colors" on LSD. If they are not good people, that color will be diffrent.

 

I already know that quote, but that almost completely took away my anxieties about taking lsd =D
all I'd need to do is keep that in mind

 

id say take a hit or two and find out for yourself. study up on erowid and have a good time. no matter what anybody tells you about their experience it can never prepare for your own.

 

Oh, I'm going to as soon as I will get some lsd.
Which may even be a few years. But I have made my life goal [so far] to have a trip, also as kind of an entrance into the next part of my life. Sounds dumb, but hm.

Okay, I'm just going to make this my question thread, because I have a ton.. I'm not going to make a new thread for each question.
They say with blotters, the person soaks the paper in the liquid lsd...
like, do they really make that much lsd -about half a cup of any liquid would be needed to soak a whole sheet. That sounds crazy. and then they dry it out, but if this solution the paper was being soaked in was pure lsd, wouldn't there still be massive amounts of lsd in each hit, correct?
To sum it up, I don't get it. Do they put a drop in [said half a cup of] water, or what?

 

LSD starts as crystal. They dissolve the crystal into enough ethanol to soak however many sheets they're doing (nobody really lays one sheet at a time). Then they dip the already-perforated (or not perfed) blotter into the solution. Check this out for more info.

what have i seen....hmm..all sorts of things.

at ratdog i saw the tune become a giant purple octupus. the more bobby let notes linger before playing other ones the more its tentacles spread out and took me with them. i was crazy spaced by the end of the show. too much thinking that night on too much shit. but it was sweet.

i've become palm trees on islands. paisley on some chicks pink bikini. ive seen this weird fat big titted girl with the face of a pig floating in some fractal.

been crazy hot at shows and needed too cool down so bad that my mind created this weird ice cave fractal and this neat melty green and yellow one that i could rise or fall into. eventually that led me to a door and i busted thru it realizing i was the key. the next thing i know i'm flying over this planet (kinda looked like the moon) but with crazy purple electrified upside down pyramids hanging in the sky.

ahhh it takes me back. so many things. it can be really wild shit. moderation is key, for me anyway.
