    i don't really know exactly what collard greens are. i hear a lot about them, maybe i'll google image it

    woot on some fried okra for sure. When I lived in downtown STL there was a Church's chicken on everyother corner. My roomie and I used to walk there all the time and get fat and happy on some friend chicekn and some friend okra. now that's what's up kids.

    to tell ya the truth i've never had them.. i thought it was a nigra thing like grits, watermelon and fried chicken

    and I was saying damn yankees cause they dont know about them. I for one personally dont like greens. But revel in the chance to cuss northerners.

    haha nigra is perfect. Yea they are most definitely a "nigra" food like you said, but that also qualifys as southern food. And I know a ton of white southerners who love them. Personally I've never eaten them so I have no idea, but most greens are pretty tasty. I think I've heard though that they're bitter if not cooked right.
