Help! Violation of Section 647(F) Public Intox.

well the title says it all i was passed out and charged with public intoxication of a minor they found alcohol in my urine and i had no possesion of any drugs or alcohol i know im getting fined but do you think probation and driver license suspension is going to be put in also? also i was not arrested either.

well if you don't have any possession i'm not sure exactly what they will do

i know in my state when you get a minor consumption/possesion it's like $100 ticket, mandatory 30 day license suspension, and if the judge is a dick........some community service hours aswell. I happened to pick up a few of those when i was under age. But that's in my state.........as TheShow said, it just depends on your states laws.

no man. If you record is straight and you're a decent acting kid [don't go in there all thugged up] judge will hook you up most likely. If you go in there as a little shit, don't duck when he throws that book.

 

im asian and im going in with a colared shirt ive done this before sadly..possesion and sales but that was cleared up and closed because i agreed to do a one year program. i just dont want to get my drivers license suspended for more then 4-6 months and wouldnt a attorney look good? like you actually care about this and actually got a attorney? what are the possibilities of getting probation/driver license suspension/community service/Alcoholics Anonymous(have attended AA and NA numerous times btw)

yea but if i dont get a attorney and get royally screwed i would have to face the long term effects of it and regret not getting one you know what im trying to say? i learned to be more responsible and the first part i have concluded on this is growing up i need to work drive and have time to help take care of the family man i know i had done wrong but im just really in a bad mood because of this..it happened 3 months ago and they barely sent it today i thought i was in the clear such a bust man! shrooms are not my friend on this one haha

 

im in a similar thing (except for graffiti...(im not doing that again)) i had to show up to some lady that would give the judge reccomondations....i showed up with a hair cut a couple days old...nice clothes and all a's (except for 2 c's) on my whole record for that year at school....so i'll probably get a minimal comunity service and a minimal fine...oh an before i saw this lady i worked at the two places i graffitied for a month and a half to show the owners i was sorry

 

its hard to do that stuff when you didnt damage anything or hurt anyone so i cant really clean up anything

HAHA.. one of the bartenders at work was found passed out in someones yard wearing a sombrero on cinco de mayo... the ambulance came and picked him up and took him home lol... they didnt even take him to detox

 

same thing that happened to me but i was on 3 different things but only alcohol was found in the drug test the bartender passing out is just..how are you going to pass out when alcohol is your job you know thats like a rasta passing out on bud
