    East New Britain is a province within the country in question (but not on the same land mass - there's a hint).

    Raul and Ramon. I did a paper in my Political Science Seminar class about what would happen in Cuba if and when power was passed from Fidel. I was wrong, I figured Fidel for lasting until he died.
