Help! Violation of Section 647(F) Public Intox.

Do you actually get a record for that shit? It isn't a criminal offense. Here all you get is a ticket for a misdemeanor offense and at worst have to spend a night in the drunk tank.

 

My friends brother was found passed out by the cops in the middle of the street. Then he started yelling "Fuck the police" That wasent you was it?

whats worse is they drug tested me and put tube in my dick to take piss from me holy crap i couldnt piss right for two days because i didnt know how to talk or nod or anything i was just like a vegetable i regret not pissing on my own it was the worse feeling to get a friggin tube thats as big if not bigger then a straw your dick isnt soposed to open up that big!!!!

Yea but why did they need a piss sample...it was obvious you were drunk.

 

to check for other substances i was on shrooms and weed but it wasnt traceable because i had barely taken it and it doesnt pass through the system until 12 hours hehe

 

i got lucky that they couldnt trace the weed for some great great reason that i dont know of

 

well thanks everyone who helped time will tell gotta hope for the best but be prepared for the worse dont let this happen to you i sure didnt expect it hopefully they wont suspsend my driving but i have a feeling they probally will and give me probation but thats why i got a attorney well if i just stuck to weed this probaly wouldnt have happened i regret it all gotta see if the judge thinks i do or not ahh man who am i kidding im so FUCKED!
