Dxm

Man this is weird i took 8 triple c's an hour ago and i feel normal, i mean i just feel slightly different. i havent taken them in a long time too, im thinkin about drinkin some wine cause that might make it kick in better. Do you think i should take 4 more cause thats all i got left in the box. i meditate alot i wonder if thats why or am i just crazy what do yall think.

ccc's arent good to be taking for recreational dxm use. and you'll definetely need to take the last 4 and drink alot of alcohol to get anywhere... but alcohol is never good to mix w/ dxm. I havent robotripped for a while but normally it takes 20 of the straight pure robotussin dxm tablets to send yah anywhere.

Yeah 20 of the robotussin because they have half the amount of dex as ccc. 8 is a perfectly normal amount.

All drugs will fuck your brain up if you take enough. But for the kid who's eating Coriciden I suggest that if you are hellbent on using DXM to get high use something other than CCC'c. While they probably don't "promote" brain growth (lol) I'd say the real danger comes from your other organs becoming damaged trying to process all that garbage. But, Whatever floats your boat man.

A lot of people try DXM and have a horrible experience for one reason or another. Personally, I love dxm. Its a wonderful trip... but you NEED to make sure you are using a product that contains only dxm and nothing else. Also, you should test out a small dose of dxm one time before to make sure you dont lack any of the enzymes required to metabolize dxm properly... if you are lacking them, it will most definetly be a horrible experience.

I absolutely love dxm and can't wait to try ketamine...

agreed. im tired of people looking down on DXM because they either don't like it or just haven't even tried it. I don't go posting in opiate threads stating hydrocodone isn't a real drug just because I don't like it. give me a 200-400mg dose of DXM over any prescription pill any day of the week. It's personal choice, if you don't like it then GTFO.

 

I have only done DXM once, and it was quite a nice trip from what I remember I took an entire box of Coricidin plus a few more from my friend (I didn't know about it at the time and am quite a bit more knowledgeable on things that go into my body). I took it at the local hang out spot in Fresno and tripped out for a few hours walking aroudn and meeting random people. The only problem is I don't remember half the day, only glimpses of it.

Anyways, DXM is somethign I must try again sometime, but be smarter this time and probably extract it...

All I can say is that you are the wrong kind of person to be on this forum. We are all trying to be helpful and resourceful people, and all you are doing is cursing and promoting ignorance.

Anyway, as for the OP, the reason not to coricidin is that it contains CPM ( I can't spell the full chem name), which will cause sever sickness and death if you have too much of it. But, since you have already taken it and the CPM doesn't seem to be hurting you, you can either wait it out or boost the dose with soemthing that contains ONLY DXM. I can't stress that enough, because any more CPM could hurt you. Be careful, and for the sake of everyone who enjoys DXM, don't use CCC to get high again. Have fun!

sorry bud, DXM is a drug. I've done plenty of acid and mushrooms, and I do not like them anymore. Does that mean I should go in the LSD or Mushroom forums and post negative statements about them? no. All drugs effect people differently, sorry you don't appreciate DXM, its not for everyone. LSD is not for everyone. hell, even weed is not for everyone.

LSD has made people batshit crazy, and its a 'real drug'. big coincidence that DXM made your friend crazy? lol. your not supposed to trip more than once a month, on anything. fuck i don't even know why im writing this, i shouldn't even care, but people like you piss me off. these forums are for positive insight not child like attacks on what a small minority of people enjoy.

Ok, so previously i'd only heard of DXM via word of mouth. but i must say, after reading about it on erowid & some of the DXM FAQ i'll have to admit it does sound interesting. I just have one question, what is the benefit of extracting it from cough syrup rather than just taking it in its gelcap form?? Is extraction needed only in the case that there are other active ingredients in the syrup other than DXM hbr?? Or, does this significantly increase potentcy?? I have no idea, any comments would be appreciated. Thanks

 

by extracting you don't have to drink the syrup. i am lazy and the syrup doesn't bother me at all so i just drink it.

 

ok so now i have some questions. today i bought a bottle of robo.. the right kind with only DXM hbr as the active ingredient.

1) i bought it right before i went to work & it was probably 90 degrees outside.. ne ways it sat in my glove compartment from 5:30-9:30 & the bottle felt hot when i got off of work. could this have damaged the DXM or anything like that??

2) i plan on doing it tomorrow night at around 10:45 & i'm dosing low at ~ 125mgs because it's my first time.. i weigh 160 lbs. my question is, will this be okay.. boring or what?? i just don't wanna end up making too much noise when i do it because i live w/ my parents (but they live on the opposite side of the house & upstairs) I can make some noise but just not tooo much. & they wouldn't be cool w/ finding me drugged up.

so what do you all think??
