alright so i got some dilaudid 8 pills and i thought snorting them would be insane but they actually didnt do a thing. isnt 8 mg of dilaudid like 80 mg of oxycodone? my question is if i just take the whole 8 mg pill orally will i get a high of something like 80 mg of oxy? i need to know because IV route is not an option and i dont want to waste the last two.

We covered this in your other thread man..
No its not equivliant to a 80mg oc..
8mg is about the same as 20mg to 40mg oxy..
And that is if its up the nose.. if you swallow it its about a 10mg hydrocodone

Disolve in water, draw up into an oral syringe thru cotton and squirt it in your nose. It actually works better than railing the pill since all those fillers aren't coating your sinuses. And if you have the 2mg pills you can keep reusing the same water and disolve several pills in a few drops of water. Try and rail 10mg of dilaudid in crushed up 2mg pills, your nose will be completely full of powder and most of the drugs will just go down your throat anyway.

To answer the poster's question, my opinion from using both is that 2mg nasal dilaudid is equal to about 10mg oral oxycodone. Nasal bioavailibility of hydromorphone is somewhere between 50% and 55%. Figure about twice as strong as if you ate it with effects in a minute instead of 30+ minutes.

So an 8mg pill is equal to 40mg of Oxycontin
