Everyonedoesit.com question

I put in an an order to EDIT the other day, and as I was about to buy a money order yesterday, the lady ringing it up for me told me she couldn't complete it without the city code. I was wondering if anyone else has had the same experience, and if anyone has the city code. The money order was Western Union By the way.



Thanks for your help, I was trying to post this in the EDIT forums, but its taken them almost 8 hours already to send me my confirmation email to activate my account...

 

If it took so long, check your spam folder. If it's not in there, their automatic email could be either really slow at the time or really shitty. I got a confirmation e-mail a week after I signed up to one site. Never been back. It's not that hard to make it work.

 

oh yeah. the confirmation email was in spam.

Doing anything with money online is a pain in the ass all the time. In my opinion, eBay hasn't got it right yet. Plus there's too many people who you send the payment and they don't realize they get it and give you negative feedback. The internet isn't perfect and it makes tons of people stupid.

 

a bit of a digression, but edit.com sucks man, make sure you get everything you ordered. they didn't send half the stuff i ordered initially and it took forever to get it all.

I could probably get one at the Safeway that doesn't need a code.

i used to money orders to pay my rent all the time from Western union. Never asked for a city code.

The only mention of city code i can find on the web relating to western union is how to send money to a commissary account
