Help with ideas to fill tattoo space

Ok, so the tattoo below I want I think is awesome as hell, except I don't want the heartagram in the middle of it. But I'm shit out of ideas, the only thing I could think of was a star but there's already one in it. So I'm just interested for some general ideas out there and I'm pretty open minded to anything. Only problem is the original person either has it on their leg or is alot fatter then me because I want it on my upper arm and I'm pretty boney, so space is at a premium, I'm already gonna ax the outer vines, so whatever I put in there has to be something that'll fit

maybe the sybol thats a cross between a heart and a pentagram???

 

it's kind of the symbol of the band HIM...it's for lovecore musics

...whatever you get in the middle I hope it's equally thick, I like how the center is really dark and stands out like that. you could get some kind of spiral or eternity symbol or something..

 

it seems like a pretty custom tattoo, so if someone else already has it, aren't you ripping them off a bit? i mean... not to be really negative here, cause it is kind of a cool piece. but i would personally want something that NO ONE ELSE has. just changing one element of it doesn't make it a new and original tattoo. but again, that's just my opinion, and if you want it, go for it.
