So I've met the only 2 living heroes I have(Neil Strauss is more of a mentor), Fedor Emelianenko and Randy Couture. Kinda interesting. Have any of you met any of your heroes and if so have they impacted your life in anyway? I met Randy almost a year ago and he motivated me to strive for what I want. Fedor on the other hand, I was kinda intimidated by his presence.
I don't really have any real heroes, I have people who have inspired me, they are all dead and have been for a long, long time.. I have real human people I know in life who inspire me... there is one who has inspired me a lot and would love to meet them...Hopefully one day... glad you got to meet people who mean something to you...that's always nice...
I look in the mirror every and see a true hero. I mean something. don't know just what but something. Peace
I've meet Benny the Jet, and Norman Borlaug. I also played lazer tag with Dennis Quaid. He is very much, not a hero of mine. But seemed like a decent guy, and honestly, much better than I at 'tag.
I don't think I've got heroes. Living heroes anyway. Which probably isn't a good thing. I met a bunch of celebrities and stuff. But I guess they are not heroes because I tend to forget that I met them! Like, Samuel Jackson. I met the dude. Q-Tip, I see him every couple weeks at this night club. Bah! Had I met Camus, I would say I met a hero and gone about my business.
Didn't say hero, I said mentor. And you making assumption about a person you don't know, cool man :cheers2:
