50 Acres Mountain Property In Nor Cal Into Commune?

My family owns a 50 acre mountain land in Nor Cal that is located very close to da bay. Very nice mediterranean climate. I would love to turn it into a commune but the users of the house need to make rent somehow. If you are interested in somehow starting this commune as long as the rent can be afforded do let me know by pm. It's a perfect place to start a commune, it just needs finances so to speak. Having pot or shroom cultivation skills is a plus.

 

It sounds like it has possibilities, but mentioning cultivation skills is a red flag, makes me a little bit nervous.

 

Maybe this is a little harsh, but a post like this is either not that well thought out, or you're a cop. If you are a cop, and someone does respond to the post...they really need to be taken off the streets anyway. If you're not a cop...try to be a bit less...well, you know

Nah bro, why the hell would a cop be trying to catch people in such an elaborate manner? Plus read my previous posts, not like I'm a new member or anything, lol.

The rent is around $6,000 per month. If there is some way we can raise that amount this could happen.

If they find any evidence that guidelines for medical marijuana have been breeched, they can charge you with all kinds of crap and even seize the property.

As some of us know from personal experience, northern Calaifornia was once the pot mecca in the US. The center of that being Garberville. The Feds have been raking this country back and forth since the days of Reagan and his war on drugs.

It may not be the best place to CAMP. Some of you know what that means.
