my question is, If they have a police issued tazer and shot the duel pins twice the only way they could continue to taze would be up on the victim.. Since they discharged the weapon already.. ...they would have to use the prongs on the weapon at close range...

Well some courts are now holding Taser responsible. Perhaps we'll be seeing more conservative use of them if local governments and municipalities are held financially responsible for their misuse.

yeah cause the weapon is a weapon... its discharged as such.. But dont really have bullets you can say it fired other than the 2 pins that can only be fired twice..
Unless they got a new one Im not aware of.. Last i know the gun can only shoot twice before it needs to be used up close... How many cops fired both pins?

both of the pins are required to shock from long range because the electricity needs a pathway.

the pins are only there to provide contact. once they are stuck in, the cop can just simply shock as frequently as they need to.
