First you have to have a picture posted somewhere on the Web. It could be here in your albums or MySpace albums or PhotoBucket or any Webpage. Right-click your mouse on that picture and a window will open up with "properties" at the bottom. Click that and another window will open with the picture's URL. Highlight the whole URL from "http://" to "jpg" and copy by hitting ctrl-c. You click on the yellow "insert image" icon at the top with the mountains in it and paste your URL into that box by putting your cursor in it an hitting ctrl-v My URL pasted into the insert image box shows the picture in the message If there is no 'insert image' icon, you can type right after the jpg.
