I LOVED IT. What's wrong with you people? All of you are bitching because it wasnt a "proper and accurate" depiction of the sixties and the people of that era...

Its a musical.

Not a documentary.

Hollywood will always stretch things a bit and over-dramaticize historical events to make them interesting for the audience to watch.

You want real, boring history, in all it's glory:
turn on the freakin History Channel.

 

I liked it.
...though I hadn't heard much about it and didn't have any expectations to be let down.I thought it was good.
I know way to many folks right now who LOVED it -and thats kinda annoyin

i guess i am just one of those people who dont particulary like hearing new versions of old song.. =\ however, i LOVED the people who sang "oh darling" that was completely wonderful

 

I personally LOVED it!
I thought it was really awesome....and Max was hot....I HATED Lucy though

 

I quite liked it. It was musical using the Beatles' lyrics. It was not a Beatles movie! Appreciate for what it is.

I've seen it but it is nothing for me. It was all so... predictable.

 

i think it was a little slow at parts but for the most part i liked it. i think it is definitely way better if your stoned while watching it

 

never saw the movie but my friends bought me the CD and i wasn't crazy about it ........ I'll see the movie soon enough though

 

^^^ You should never judge a film by its soundtrack, even if it is a musical. Definitely see it...
