I have been reading a book called "Opening the Dragon Gate" and it is the supposedly true story of how three taoist wizards found a trained a young boy in a rural town of China, and details the training process and all that he learns. Regardless, at one point in the book the author (who is a student of this now grown chosen boy) refers to an ancient way of knowing everything about someone by looking at every freckle, mole, wrinkle, blemish, etc, on the human body. They said that this was kind of like a map, printed on each of us. Well, I have been looking more at the markings on my body, and have found some interesting stuff. For instance, Starting from the center of my abdomen, freckles, in pairs of two, slowly spiral out and down my right arm. And I'm talking like, I saw this and couldn't believe I'd never noticed it before. And these pairs, these marks of duality, are all over my body, including a very obvious pair on my face. Even when I get pimples, or more presently poison ivy, the blemishes appear in pairs of two. Does anyone know more about this? Or at least know somewhere I can go to find out more? Thank you.
Sounds like you need to find some rather specialised Taoist books and about Chinese medicine too. I would think there are specialist bookshops for all this kinda stuff, but mostly in China eh? All i can suggest is looking online for such bookshops and go from there.
