:D:Di thought id start a thread on not so well known albums that everyone should hear! for starters i found a gene clark album called (no other) i think it came out mid-70's and sank without a trace, there are some songs on this album which are amazing! strength of strings is quite simply one of the best songs ive ever heard! another album is (pacific ocean blue) by denis wilson. again dnt think this done much when it first came out in the 70's but its just been reissued on cd for the first time. i read about it in some music mag saying it was one of the great lost albums? theres a song on it called (the river) which is stunning! im not some old geezer getting all preachey about old albums (im 28) im just trying to let u guys some amazing songs that u may not have heard. it would be great if anyone else had any songs that arent so well known to hear? ohh u should be able to hear this stuff on youtube i think ? anyway take a listhen and let me know:)

I found this song on youtube which I haven't heard in over 20 years; it's cross-over song which topped the charts in country and both rock n' roll

    Artist: Terri Gibbs
    Song: Somebody's Knockin'
    Year: 1981

rofl That's not rare. Anyone that listens to anyone from elephant 6 or appreciates good music has heard of that album. Very famous.

Orange Sunshine - Bullseye of being

Hard and raw rock 'n roll like Blue Cheer and Cream, except the first track Ruler of the universe which is a 14 minute piece of psychedelic rock incl. sitar, tabla, space sounds and of course heavy electric guitar.
