does anybody know of any good yoga places and/or poses you would like to tell me about. i love to do it...but im afraid im not doing it right. please let me know if you have any suggestions. peace ~Jen
in eldorado springs there's a yoga ashram thats like the coolest thing u'll ever see in your life........ ??
samadhi yoga in denver, colorado. 639 E 19th ave it is amazing...you will not be sorry. the rooms are beautiful and the people are extremely friendly. they have all levels of classes and would be willing to help anyone.
Blue Sky Cafe and Yoga center in denver West, Lakewood is great!. Its a great rest. and when they are closed they have yoga classes!, right next to einsteins and quiznos
Rec center for $6.00 you can use the pool, hot tub, sauna and then go to a free yoga class. That’s the best deal I know of.

pay for yoga? hahahahah, eat some mushrooms and squeegee your third eye. And even if you don't want to do that, theres plently of places on the internet to allow you to practice yoga without going and wasting money. Just how I see it.
