From Grand Junction to...anywhere?

Look, I'm having some hard time back here in Grand Junction with some personal stuff. I want to get away from it, maybe for a day maybe for a week. I don't really want to leave colorado, so I am looking for somewhere entertaning.
Any suggestions?

Sadly I can't make it to the damn concert. I really wanted to but my friend asked me to loan him 200 for a bass guitar, so I did. So now, I got to wait untill this coming wednesday to get it back. Anything you guys know coming up around then?

I don't know a lot about it. It's a little hippy fest, 3 days in new castle starting on the 8th of augest. It's free and you can camp there and shit. L idk about that but Mushies will probly be around.

Well, Gov't Mule is playing at Red Rocks on the 31st of August, pretty damn good jam band so you'll probably find some acid or what not there.
