do you guys ever get the runs? every time i have rolled, the runs are sure to follow.

 

sometimes if the rolls are cut i get the shits.


after i roll (if it's pure) i cuddle up with my boyfriend and go to sleep! no problems

Dont eat anything high in carbohydrates like pasta o cheese o meat , these things tend to give me bad stomach aches , stick to bananas and fruit and easy light things, but why are you eating anyways ? no such thing as a "pure" pressie? never noticed any difference when the pills are shit. But when they're good I usually find myself having a fun shit sometime through the night.

i dont eat when i take e, i usually eat 5 hours before then while im rolling i drink maybe half the amount of a normal sized water bottle. maybe more water i guess?
