quickest spot to stash weed when getting pulled over

if it was me i would either put it under my balls or just slide it in between the crack of my ass or in your shoe. and if they asked to search my car i would be like yes I do mind i just got it cleaned out today. i was watching cops and a guy denied the search and the cops were not going to search his car, but when he grabbed his cigarettes the cops asked to check inside and found he had crack cocaine inside the cigarette case, which then gave them probable cause to search the car and found he a whole shitload of cocaine in the car plus speed. Most of the time the cops stop the car for some gay ass reason broken tail light, not signaling, no seat belt, solid yellow line and then they end up busting them for crack, weed, and other shit and then you go to jail all for not having a working light.

 

whenever im driving in the car and smoking with my friends i usally try to make sure we are smoking out of a blunt or j so if we get pulled over worst case you can just swallow the weed and or joint/blunt you have a pretty much be good it might not be very pleasent and you night get a little sick but i would take a little stomach ache over getting locked up anyday haha

 

go search the lounge (i think) theres a video to know your rights very informitaive at stoping searches just put in in your pocket make sure nothing illigeal or hints of illegal activity are going on in the car ie blunt wraps bowls papers etc out of view then follow the rules of the video i think the video will really change the way you handle your next police stop. but yeah if ever i'll just put the sack in the rim of a hat cause i always have a hat on me.

 

The only really safe way is to never smoke and drive. If you need to carry bud find a solid out of site spot in ur car to stash your bag. Basically you need to have no probable cause for an officer to search. As long as there is no probable cause you can refuse a search and theres nothing they can do, except call in the dogs which most times is only a scare tactic, unless the cop is a total dick.

Also if you must smoke in your car (which I am guilty of from time to time) I find the best way to cover up the smell is to roll a joint with weed and tobacco making sure that at least half of the smoking material is tobacco. They blend together and the tobacco covers up alot of the weed smell, there is still a small amount of noticeable pot odor in some cases but not nearly as much as if you smoked only pot. Obviously the more the tobacco to pot ratio increases the less noticeable the pot smell will be.

 

Skier is right. Remember that if they say something about taking there dog out for "A little exercise" it's probably a scare tactic. I have been in that position before..

 

even with "probably cause" they still need to issue a SIGNED warrant

 

not if they see paraphenilia (sp) or any drugs... 99% of the time a judge will back the cop on what he saw too :/

 

The cops in my town are awesome man. They don't give too damns if u've got green or not. One of em even smokes with me man.

In the US an officer has the right to search a vehicle if he finds PROBABLE cause. This includes smelling an illegal substance or be able to see something in plain sight.

jsut stick down by your sack. they dont have any right to check there. One tiem my buddy got pulled over when he had about a pound in his car and the cop asked him if he could search it. my buddy said he was in a hurry and the cop didnt check him. close call lol
