Then why ssay this Went from government control to government property. Its obvious your clueless again. LMFAO, YEAH Because we all know every Bill is EVIL, You out do yourself everytime. Typical RAT response, baseless can you back this up? ddidnt think so. Insults=Empty mind
Well, Merlin, if the government controls it, then it essentially belongs to them and becomes their property. I don't know how to make this any more self-explanatory. Go take another bong hit.
Im sure this is the part your trying to twist, because we all know what a fucked up job they're doing with the waters they already have legislative powers on ,right? And im sure you were an still are against the original Clean Water Act.
Arguing with you is like arguing with a toddler, I swear. I make myself look bad for even doing it. When they say "the Constitution," it's whatever they want it to mean. When you read the provisions outlined, you see that it completely contradicts the Constitution because it is UNCONSTITUTIONAL for the Federal government to override state laws and the rights of private propety owners. It's a complete oxymoron. Maybe you should actually try READING the Constitution.
Legislative power doesnt equal ownership. The majority of Bills dont make it through committee, this is a perfect example of one that never will. Go eat some more paint chips .
YOU DO THAT EVERYTIME YOU OPEN YOUR MOUTH, DONT PUT THAT ON ME. DUde you are so far past looking bad.
Well.... I, uh, don't exactly see how the government is gonna control every damn spring on this property alone!!!! I can't even do that! There are hundreds, especially when it rains... Gotta laugh at that idea. Standardized water tax? Maybe...
They do it by taking your property and calling it eminant domain. They don't care about controlling every spring or anything like that. That's simply their excuse to grab private property. It's the control of land these people are really after.
They certainly could think up any number of reasons to take someone's land and that's just one more, but with that in mind, they could "take" the whole eastern US... There is water everywhere... But it certainly wouldn't do to make EVERYONE homeless in order to control the water table. We already pay so much in taxes that we could be paying rent instead of "owning" land. So really they ALREADY own it. They just let us rent it to live on and give us a piece of paper with our names on it saying we "own" it...
So, Turner is buying land to take control of the water and the government is taking control of the water to get the land. And you stating that Turner and others control the government......... well nuff said. One of your theories doesnt support the other,
You are right about that, Earthmother. What they're after is really a furthering of what you mentioned because in the future people won't be allowed to own property at all. It will all be controlled by the state and the people will then have to resort to renting houses in the overcrowded cities. Most of the area outside of the cities will be off limits to the public, and this is all laid out under the United Nations' Agenda 21. That means anyone who owns any multi-acre plot of land will likely be kicked off that land. This is what we're looking at in fascist America, and we're not far away from this at all. And again, it's not so much about controlling the water table. It's about controlling the land the water rests on.
And again, NONE OF THIS EVIL PLAN has a chance until it is passed into law, which it has been PROVED to be far from happening. And like most bills of this nature "some represenatives pet peeve project" the same people who propose it ,wont vote for it.
I think we need to ponder the Bush's acquisition of land in Paraquay and the reasons for it. http://dailyscare.com/40/hideout-or-water-raid-bushs-paraguay-land-grab
Some in San Diego don't like them: http://www.sandiegopolitico.com/2008/05/filner-calls-for-city-investigation-of.html
Well if the government were to try an' pass a law like this i'm certain there would be open revolt. I for one would do it, an' I bet there're plenty of cats around here who are with me.
