The moment is here for Kindergarten reg...I've been nervous about this since day 1 of my decision lol...
Luckily we live in a pretty liberal district (in New York state) with a ton of naturalists and hippies :) So the school didn't give me a hard time when I called ,but anyways ...all I need to do is get a notarized letter stating my decision. BUT I'm not experienced at writing formally  I'm nervous about sounding uneducated or neglectful...I'm not sure how formal it even needs to be...Are there any sample letters or forms you can fill out instead ? Or can any of you lovely ladies give me a hand at writing one??

Sorta depends on your reasons for not vaxxing.

    Mine might look like this:

    Date
    To Whom It May Concern:

I, _your name_, as the parent and legal guardian of _childs name_ hereby declare my intention to not vaccinate my child, a right protected by _your state_'s state law.

Due to my religious and philisophical beliefs, I do not agree with the process of vaccinations for my child. I understand the implications of my decisions in this regard.

    Signed,

    _space for your signature_
-your printed full name in a smaller font-

    -space for notary witness signature-
-space for printed notary information- -notary seal-
