I have not palm rolled for the last month or so, but just in the last few days, Ive been palm rolling my dreads after washing (every 3 days lately),and they are keeping so nice and tight.. it keeps the frizz down to a minimum which is nice as well:sifone:..

umm all I know is that a lot of people say it is not good for your locks. may cause breakage or something like that....I just wouldn't do it too much if I were you.

palm rolling works for me too mate.. got afro hair and and not a single breakage!
it helps maintain my shape..very usefull when your training to hold down decent job and dont wont the hair all over the place! keeps it neat and respectable within working envrinment(office for me)

as far as i can figure palm rolling will lead to all your dreads looking like cigars... i like the fizz of mine.. i barely touch mine and they're doin' just fine.
