do you wear your engagement and wedding ring

or just your wedding ring? I am thinking of changing from wearing both to just my wedding ring most of the time, especially at work.

 

I did for 10 years but now I just wear a white gold wedding band. It's easier, I feel freer to wear other rings with stones without looking gaudy.

 

Im sure Id change it up. But one classic engagement ring is all Id want.

 

Just a band sounds okay. I like that too.

 

I love my ring. I just feel uncomftrable at times when people look at it. Especially since most of the people I work with are single mothers who's marraige has recently fallen apart.

 

the only rings in our house are the door bell. well my wife wears her baha'i ring, and there's one in a box somewhere we're supposed to wear to be burried in, whatever the point of that is, but no, our cerimony didn't involve any rings, and i don't wear any at all.

I think once we're married I'll probably just wear the wedding ring on most days. I love my engagement ring so much but it's a bit inconvenient and plus my dog is just entirely too interested in it. Though for now I'm gonna keep wearing my ring everyday coz looking at it makes me smile.

I just wear my wedding band. I have my hands in and out of water all day, cooking, dishes, doing laundry...so it would just be in my way and getting caught on stuff.

I got in the habit of not wearing it when I had babies. I didn't want it to scratch them.

If I am getting dressed up or going out (like to dinner) I will put on my engagement ring. I am not really big on jewelry.

I wear a gum ball ring I got from a hotdog joint on my right ring finger every day.

i plan on wearing both, particularly since theyre meant to fit together and i think the wedding band would look a bit off on just its own, being all shaped to fit with the engagement ring. its really sparkly but not too huge, shouldnt get in the way (hopefully)... i only take it off to do dishes

 

I'm not married, or even engaged for that matter, but I'd be so afraid I'd lose it if I ever wore em. All the jewelry I have ever owned, and even the few sorta spendy pieces, I've lost. If and when I ever get married, I will not accept a ring.
