im home alone, and its friday night, feels bad

I just moved into a place by myself for the first time; I'd always had roommates or a live-in girlfriend... I certainly get lonely. All of my friends are now at least 45 minutes away. Sometimes I go out, like to the book store, and hope some cute girl will take an interest or something. I guess I'm too shy to approach someone.

In any case, most of the time I like being alone and working on art/music, or just watching movies. But I understand where you're coming from!
