Use a "crutch" (cardboard filter) and put it on one end of the J while your rolling and roll the paper around the crutch first and than follow with the weed. It's hard to explain get someone to show you.

Yea man if you really wanna answer your question watch videos about it on youtube and ask your friends how they do it. Forums wont help you.. But basically break it up real good, distribute it evenly, Roll inward entill only the sticky is showing. Lick it and seal it. Just keep practicing youll get it.

The biggest fail in this thread is the OP. Insulting the very forum members he hopes to get an answer from, because even though he's "tokerman-420", he doesn't even know the logistics of joint rolling.

He also doesn't feel comfortable with googling "how to roll a joint". Or youtubing it.

I'm not a big fan of using crutches, it takes away from the whole natty roach feel at the end of the joint, and I swear I taste heated cardboard or whatever material you use as a crutch.

Rolling joints aren't that hard bro, but I remember I couldn't roll for a while (didn't really try to much though), then I went to Idaho and all of a sudden I could roll perfect jayskies. Here's how I'd explain the method of rolling:

-First evenly spread the herb on a paper (I prefer hemp papers...)
-Use your two index fingers as like a back roller (literally like two almost connecting cylinders). Make sure they are horizontal though.
-Then use your thumbs to sort of press the weed (now surrounded by the paper on all sides except the top, where you can still see the bud) against your two horizontal index fingers in a rolling fashion. The idea here is to get the weed to literally stick together and form basically one packed cylinder nug.
-Simply give a final tight (not too tight, or the smoke won't flow properly...making for very hard hits) roll with the thumbs, and if it helps tuck the outside edges of the bottom part of the paper (side without the sticky) between the nugs and the paper, with your index fingers holding them in place. (I love using this method, because I like to roll joints with a smaller roach end...they just seem to hit better and give it a cone look).
-Lick the sticky shit when it's basically the only visible part of the upper paper and use your index fingers to press it down, sealing the joint.
