This is mine, served with fried tattie scones, baked beans, fried tomatoes, fried portabello mushroom and rocket, garnished with HP fruity sauce. Mmmmmmm yum yum the perfect breakfast.
Chorizo, ... to put in pasta dishes and bean stews. Otherwise 'toulouse' sausages, cumberland sausages, and all manner of local farm sausages... And i'm sorry to say... there is no such thing as a veggie cumberland sausage .... the original being just pork, no herbs or seasoning, nothing else.... but you stick with them cause' i'm sure a good veggie sausage is hard to find.
I don't eat sausages, they're gross. Well, chorizos aren't so bad in salads and sometimes on a pizza.
Chorizo technically isnt a sausage. It is sold in sausage casings, but it is meant to be fried without the casing. Real Chorizo anyway. I love venison jalapeño sausage from our country butcher.
chorizo!!!!! followed closely by whatever tastes good boiled in beer and coated in sauerkraut, onions and mustard.
LOL that was funny ....as someone made a square weenie comment to me yesterday and it just so happens my favorite sausage is Landjaeger
