Flaming Lips Anyone?

    I'm not a flaming lips fan at all. Don't have any of their music and i don't listen to them. But i had the pleasure of being completley brainwashed by them at 10,000 Lakes this year. I had a friend who was dosing for the first time who desperatley wanted to see the lips. I was blown away, it was complete sensory overload as the flaming lips literally fucked with the audience for I don't know how long. It disappoints me that i was in a similar position at wakarusa this year and blew them off to see cake, who are really fucking trippy in concert, i had no idea at all i totally recommend seeing them if you can. But yeah, Free Radicals man... Fanatical FUCK!

    Any of you guys see them recently?

    Love those guys, saw them when they came to philly this summer and it was hands down the best live show i've ever seen.

    Fuck yea.. never really listened to much of their stuff before.. but when i saw them at 10,000 lakes festival this year i was fuckin blown away.. i mean.. holy fuckin shit..

    Awh, man.
    The Flaming Lips are great. Personal favorites (albums) are Embryonic and Zaireeka.
    I certainly suggest you take a listen!
