I was in a band for a while, we went by two names actually: "Cannabis Sativa" and The tweakn beaten stones" The later started as a joke, then we just went with it. We had all kinds of instruments involved and went for a really natty feel (fully acoustic...djembes, bamboo flute, guitar, and bongos). One of our songs was simply titled "Pause" and the only lyric in it was the word pause....it was a song about just taking life easy and pausing to appreciate everything around you every now and then. We were largely instrumental and told stories through what we played, man those were some good times. If I were to join or start another band I guess a name like "The people" would be fitting as I like to play songs about the people of the world, how they suffer and how we can overcome that suffering with true love for all things living.
I'm in one that was named before I joined called Guinea Worms as far as naming my own, i would probably call it Lenny Kravitz or maybe Quiet Riot
Depends on what kinda band it was... SNOTLIP...obviously a punk band. A good one, not fucking Blink 182. Possum's Jellyroll...freaky hippie bluegrass band (comes from a conversation I once had that doesn't need repeating, lol) Johnny Thighbone and the Moonmen...bullshit retro rockabilly cover band
