yes...not only the mayan calandar tho. the date is also believed to be a date of significance regarding that in many different religions. i forgot his name but awhile back there was this dude who ended up being one of the worlds greatest psychics. he made a big list of predictions and to this day every prediction so far has come true. december 21, 2012 is on the list.

 

I can make a list of vague predictions and eventually they will come true as well. I also think its a raccoon.
