That's weird, I've been smoking cigarettes for like a year now, sometimes like a pack a day, but if I'm out of them I have no problem stopping for up to weeks.

The problem with cigarettes is that even when you quit there's always going to be a small craving in the back of your mind. I've heard this from many smokers(including my dad who quit in his twenties). It sucks because once you've gotten addicted it's too late. I really advise you to stop now, because you don't know how you'll feel about it in a year or ten and by then you're screwed.

And if you've only been smoking 4 days there's no way you're physically addicted. It usually takes at least a week minimum.

PS) I've been smoking daily since I was 15, and I have quit for 3 months and still came back. I love it, but hate it too.

Yeah...just stop. Now. Before you know it...it'll be 20 years later and you'll ask yourself daily..."why did I start this shit?"

Well I couldn't sleep at all last night, kept getting up to smoke. I feel shakey without the nicotine in me :-(, plus I didn't eat dinner so it made me feel sick. I just took a shower for work and I already had a cigarette. I have an extremely addictive personality, and I thought I could kick the cig habit quick, but it turns out it's gonna be tough. I started with Marlboro Ultralights, and yesterday I went for the Marlboro Reds. I was shakey and wanted something strong, now I highly regret my decision, because I like the Reds so much more than the Ultralights, I almost get a head buzz on these things. Thanks for letting me rant, I needed this. Peace, love and good luck to those who are trying to quit!
