alright so i start the meth clinic on monday and it is now saturday. if my last dose of OC which was 90 mgs. was wednesday morning and then on thursday i got 40 mgs. of methadone on thursday from the ER which worked perfectly by the way, if i were to go through withdrawals 2 more days with nothing that means i wont have had an opiod for three days. will the meth clinic still put me on 40 like they did in the ER? or since my tolerance will be lowered from not using for three days will the start me at like 30 mgs.? maybe even only 20? by the way my daily habit of oxy was like 160-180 mgs. snorted every day and i have been doing that much for a while now.
never done, but since no one has replied: i think they'll cut it at least 10mgs so expect 20-30 around. i think, like i said, never needed it.
Hey bud I would hate to ruin your day but 3 days opiate free isn't going to bring your tolerance down.. Not even slightly, Maybe in a couple of weeks but not days. Good luck with the clinic
most clinics start at 20 mg, you sit for a few hours and if your still hurting 10 mg more is usually given.This happened to friend of mine, now on 100mg daily.So just ride it out and good luck.
