Hi all, A month ago or so I had decided to experiment with shrooms and then suddenly they were made illegal. I live in Ireland and they were banned due to a a young man jumping out a window but what was kept quiet was the fact that he was heavily drunk at the time. The funny thing is fly agaric and some other shrooms are still available just not psilocybin ones. This to me is just so stupid. They ban the type of mushroom that can be taken responsibly without severe negative effects and they keep one with a batch of negative effects legal. I know government policy is nearly impossible to change but if no one attempts to change it,it defo never will. What are everyones views on shrooms (all kinds)? Any ideas how i could make a valid point to the government and try and change things? Petitions etc Just thinking about it I probably have to get the uk to change because Ireland is England's bitch with laws. To put it bluntly. We are a Republic we should act like it.
Yes here is the point. He jumped out of a window? He probably thought he could fly. Now ask yourself, when you see ducks and birds, do you see them going into building and going up a few stories then lift off? NO! Birds take off from the ground, if the guy thought he could fly or something he should've tried from the ground first. They should not make it illegal, I'm tired of that, thats the half ass way. To say mushrooms are satan's demons and you must never touch it because these idiots fuck it up for all of us. I say enough with fear, bring on education. If you teach your child how to take these drugs instead of letting him find out on himself, you're information to him will be enough for your child to not do stupid things on drugs. Knowledge is power, if we leave our children in the dark about these certain plants then thats just causing more harm and confusion. Hope this helps.

Thank Bill Hicks, It goes back to those people who are pro life and what not. If we lose a moron its like we lost the battle with AIDS or something. An idiot died, Good! As long as he didn't kill anyone else while he was doing it.
