In the midst of my first knitting project

OK, so I'm trying knitting out for the first time, and I've got the whole casting on and first row thing done. Now, I have no idea how to start a second row. It seems like all the instructional things I read gloss over it. Is it supposed to be obvious? Can anyone help, please?

Try knitting.about.com...she has lots of instructions for knitting.

I found out when I started crocheting that if I referenced lots of different instructions, then I learned much better. Actually, you could probably find some videos on Youtube, even.
