bad smell?

Those look IDENTICAL to the shrooms I used to get from my dealer. Good shit. They never smelt vinegarey though...

 

They looked relatively fine to me. Certainly wouldn't be concerned about the blue'ish tint.

FYI: to some people all mushrooms smell like shit in bulk. Even the finest shrooms around. I was going to ask if he even liked non-psychedelic mushrooms. I think people that don't, are the ones who don't like the smell.

 

I don't like the smell of mushrooms too much, but it still shouldn't smell like vinegar at all. More like dirt if I had to describe it.

 

well a cross between vinegar and shit. possibly the dealer (grower) was not well informed and thought you had to actually grow them in cow shit, since he couldnt pick them in cow shit since i dont live in the south (windsor, ontario, canada- right next to detroit michigan

 

Yeah mushrooms have a very bad aroma. And we always thought with those mushrooms that the bluer the better.

 

You can grow them in cow shit. As a matter of fact, rye to horse manure/straw to vermiculite/peat moss/hydrated lime/crushed oyster shells is probably in the top 3 ways that mushrooms are grown. They still won't smell anything like vinegar, though.

 

make them into a tea.just cut them up into pieces ,boil,strain out the pieces into the tea.boiling the shrooms should kill all bacteria and fungus and the trip hits you just as hard.dont throw out the pieces you srtained eat those too.you could evan add some honey or lemon to cover the taste
